  13. -_- I can't make this because I don't eat meat and I try to stay away from oil. The whole point of tofu (for me) is to stay away from meat, so this recipe defeats the purpose. -_-

This is my favorite way to eat tofu.  I love this recipe.  Is there typically woodear mushroom in this, though, or am I mis-remembering?  BTW, the video quality has greatly improved from previous videos, so YAY!!  I know you're working on the sound so I can't wait for the next video.  I hope you make the fried fish recipe in tomato sauce.  I love that recipe, too.
